Getting ready..........

This Sunday we are baptizing Elise. Then we are having a get together after church at my parents to celebrate. It's been a crazy week getting the yard ready and figuring out food. The tempurature is supposed to be in the triple digits this weekend so we have been trying to get as much yard work done and food prepared as we can. My parents are famous for deciding to tackle big yard projects right before any big event at their house, so Eric and my father have been laying cement and barkdust all week. I try to stay out of the way and tend to the girls. We haven't been home before 10pm the last few nights and frankly I'm beat. We have a lot of close friends and family coming to help us celebrate and lots of kids. We are super excited as this is the first "major event" in Elise's life and such a special one at that. But, I'll be glad when it's over and I can finally get a little more sleep.
